I love a new personal development technique. Especially if that technique only takes a minute or two to do.

As part of becoming more aware of my thinking patterns (and my deep focus on rewiring my brain to the positive), I recently made an exciting discovery.

The thoughts you start the day on have the power to dictate your day.

Let me say this another way.

How you start the day, is a pretty good indicator of where you will end up.

Start out stressed, anxious, and worried –– chances are those thoughts and feelings will follow you where you go.

There’s a way to control this though.

The first moments after waking are precious

Have you ever noticed how you feel when you wake up?

I’ve become hyper-aware of how I feel in the early hours.
