It’s the elusive state that we all seek. The state where time stands still, where the little worries of life melt away, and where ideas bubble easily to the surface.

Regardless of whether you write, paint, sing, decorate, rock climb, play chess, or run marathons –– getting into the flow state, or “the zone” makes hard work feel simple.

It’s been said that music can help get us there. And new research backs up the idea. The question is: which music is best?

Binaural beats may shift your state

These brain-created tones can put you into the ultimate state of flow. The music, which serves two slightly different frequency beats to eat of your ears, will force your brain to create an additional tone––one that you can perceive. This is the binaural beat.

As a copywriter, I’ve found binaural beats can supercharge my focus and increase my productivity. And I’m not the only one — binaural beats are used by creatives the world over to induce the flow state.
