That means that the worst possible thing that happened that day, local or not, will make the headlines.
The most beautiful, magical, and meaningful things are lucky to get a 30-second slot before the weather.
But that doesn’t really represent what happened today.
The truth is that good news surrounds us
Most people got home safely last night.
More people than not have enough to eat.
Most people have the things they need to survive.
Today there are people celebrating, graduating, getting married, falling in love, feeling inspired, and having breakthroughs.
We don’t have to be going through these things ourselves to celebrate the good in the world.
