Most Things Aren’t Urgent: It’s Time To Let Go
I’m using this technique to slowly let go of things weighing me down
I know a thing or two about highly-strung people.
I went to Law School after all.
Then I worked in ad agencies around the world.
If there’s anywhere that you can find stressed people––it’s in those two places.
I’m also not immune to stress myself.
But, over time, I’ve come to realise that many of the things we consider urgent aren’t at all.
And when we can gradually let go of the little things, we put ourselves in a much better position to tackle the bigger things.
The Eisenhower Decision Principle is powerful
Dwight D. Eisenhower was the 34th U.S. President.
He also had a technique for managing urgency and importance.
